Delivery Policy

We aim to fulfill each delivery within 3-5 working day in Klang Valley , 5-7 working days outstation.

Kindly arrange a suitable delivery time with our customer service consultant for any special requirements.

Due to the large numbers of items and parts listed on our website occasionally an error in pricing may occur and in certain circumstances we may not be to honor the prices shown.

Should this happen and the actual price is lower than the price posted we will automatically process your order.

If the actual is higher than what is shown we will contact you prior to processing your order for approval. While every effort is made to maintain stock some items may be in the back order or become discontinued from the manufacturer.

In such a case a no refund and we will replace new item or may be applied to other items in our store.
